Privacy notice
This private tool is used to help the PBDMD channel review its own YouTube comments and channel analytics.
Data accessed
The application uses Google/YouTube authorization to access the connected channel's comments, channel information, and authorized YouTube Analytics data. It also uses basic Google account identity information to restrict dashboard access to approved users.
How the data is used
Comment data is used to identify comments that may deserve a response, summarize technical audio/video feedback, and suggest future content topics. Analytics data is used to create daily channel and video-performance summaries.
Storage and retention
Full comment-level reports and stored comment records are configured for approximately 28-day retention in Firestore. Authorization tokens are stored securely on the server and are not exposed to dashboard users. Email copies of reports are sent only to configured recipients.
Third-party services
The application uses Google/Firebase, YouTube APIs, OpenAI for comment classification, and Resend for email delivery.
Control and deletion
The connected YouTube account can revoke the application's Google access at any time. Stored application data can also be deleted by the application administrator without deleting anything from YouTube itself.
